One phone call away was James, not only is he the nicest guy around but he dropped everything he was doing to come assist us. We had a butler named James who was our saving grace, as you could imagine we are getting married out of state and we needed various things during our stay.
My wife and I stayed in the View penthouse, which was absolutely amazing, the styling, the service, the 'View' were all top of the line. My wife and I got married 10/7/22 and the Palms went above and beyond to help accommodate us and our guests (30 total).
